Who we are
Hi, I’m Tim.
I am a health and fitness coach from Seattle, Washington. Growing up I loved sports and played club hockey, but stopped when I started college. A year later, I dropped out of college and felt a lack of purpose or direction in my life. I later joined a gym, trying to bulk up from a 5’8 - 135 lb frame. The results became my motivation, and I could feel the discipline bleed into other areas of my life.
My friends and strangers saw my consistency, and would ask to train together or for me to build them a workout plan. Eventually my passion shifted from seeing my own progress- to helping others find theirs.
That’s why I started Trident Training.
